Terms of Use
Written plainly, because the little print matters too.
What Baby9to5.com Is
Baby9to5.com is a childcare directory and connection platform. We help families discover local babysitters and babysitting groups, and we help providers share their details. We do not employ, supervise, recommend, or guarantee any provider.
Using the Directory
Listings are created by providers. Families are responsible for meeting providers, asking questions, visiting, and making their own childcare decisions.
Provider Listings
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing details, including hours, openings, rates, capacity and licensing information. Listings may be reviewed, edited, or removed if details appear inaccurate or unsafe.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details private and for the activity that happens under your account.
Changes
